Student Emergency Bag due September 13th
Posted 8/30/19

Keep an eye out for a flier in your student's folder supporting emergency preparedness at Rheem this year.

The Rheem PTA wants to help our school be prepared for any of the unforeseen events in life.  To that end, we ask that each child provide an "Emergency Bag" to keep at school by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th.

  • Gallon Size Ziplock Bag (clearly labeled with child’s name, room/teacher).

  • 2 Non-Perishable Snacks (i.e. 2 granola/protein bars, small bag of jerky, dried fruit, etc.).

  • small item to comfort your child (photograph, handwritten note, cards, item no larger than your hand).

  • DO NOT include drinks (no juice or water).

Please keep in mind these will be stored over the school year and every child in the class will be providing a bag, so storage space is limited.  Thank you for helping us keep our school and students prepared! You can visit the Rheem PTA Website for more information.
